The Process

2. Attend the 30-minute consultation on Zoom/Whatsapp via video, call or text. We will discuss your needs and decide on how to approach your recovery journey.

3. Receive your counselling contract and confirmation of your first appointment through email. Before each session you will also receive a corresponding invoice.

4. Start having your sessions at the frequency of your choosing. During our collaboration we will use therapy techniques tailored to your needs.
