About me

I am able to offer evidence-based, experienced and highly academically trained counselling to help you make sense of what you’re going through and move towards lasting change.

I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of York, a Masters in Neuroscience from King’s College London, and a Masters in Addiction Psychology and Counselling from London South Bank University. These degrees together give me a strong scientific and clinical foundation for our work.

I have also achieved accredited status with the BACP after counselling clients for over 1,000 hours across more than five years, in private practice as well as in a range of public and private mental health and addiction services.

In order to support your needs with managing anxiety and trauma, my EMDR training can provide you with more specialised tools and techniques.
