Together, we will look at the situations, thought patterns, and emotional responses that are driving your stress, and begin to develop ways to manage them more effectively.

This may include using DBT to build skills to regulate emotions, improve coping strategies, and make small, realistic changes to how you respond under pressure.

Where helpful, we can also look at boundaries, workload, and the expectations you place on yourself. The aim is to help you feel more in control and better equipped to handle challenges, while creating a more sustainable sense of balance in your day-to-day life.

There may not always be a way to get rid of what is causing your stress, but there is always a way to manage it.
